% 30.01.2018 Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition in view of certain errors noticed therein. Counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3, who appears on advance notice, has drawn our attention to Annexure P-6 and states that final decision is yet to be taken and the matter has been placed before the Central Board of Trustees.
