% 29.01.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition and the applications filed therewith as he would like to exercise the remedy of review under Section 25-B(3)(a) of Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 and endeavour to show to the Rent Controller that the affixation was not the proper mode of service and such report ought not have resulted in recourse to the mode of substituted service under Order V Rule 20 CPC by publication.

The petition and the applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed, granted.
