By order dated 31.07.2023, Mr. Sudhindra Tripathi, learned counsel for the appellant, was discharged, and Court notice was issued to the appellant. In the application for discharge, it is stated that Mr. Tripathi was unable to contact the appellant.

Court notice issued to the appellant at the address mentioned in the memo of parties has also been returned unserved, on the ground that the address is incomplete.

Even after the hearing on 31.07.2023, the appeal has been listed on three occasions and the appellant has remained unrepresented on each of the dates.

In view of the above, it appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal.
