% 14.09.2020 CRL. M.A. No. 12623/2020 This application has been moved by the petitioner in a writ petition being W.P.(Crl) No. 1026/2020 which was disposed of vidé order dated 13.07.2020. By the said order, a Co-ordinate Bench of this court had directed that the writ petition, which related to alleged illegal and unauthorized digging of a drain (nala) alongside the rear portion of the petitioner's school, be treated as a representation and W.P. appropriate action be taken thereon by the State-respondents Nos. 5 and 6, namely the DJB and the SDMC.

Subsequently, the petitioner moved Crl. M.A. No. 9519/2020 seeking a direction that order dated 13.07.2020 be modified, in that a time frame of two weeks be set for the said respondents to decide the petitioners' representation. The said application was disposed of, since the SDMC and DJB submitted that requisite steps in compliance with the directions contained in order dated 13.07.2020 have already been taken and that required orders would be passed within a reasonable time frame, under intimation to the petitioner. 3.

By way of the present application, the petitioner seeks substantially the same relief as in Crl. M.A. No. 9519/2020. 4.

Mr. Murari Gupta, learned counsel has appeared for the petitioner.

Mr. Chaitanya Gosain, learned counsel has appeared on behalf of Mr. Rahul Mehra, learned Senior Standing Counsel (Criminal) for the Govt. of NCT of Delhi ; Ms. Richa Dhawan, learned Standing Counsel has appeared for the SDMC ; Ms. Sangeeta Bharti, learned Additional Standing Counsel has appeared for the DJB. 6.

Ms. Richa Dhawan, submits that the matter relates to a private dispute between two brothers, who run the Model Public School and the Jain Public School, from adjoining premises. 7.

Counsel submits that be that as it may, both the SDMC and the DJB have considered the matter; have given a hearing to the petitioner; and have passed requisite orders. W.P. (CRL.) No. 1026/2020 Page of

Mr. Gupta however contends that copies of the orders, stated to have been passed, have not been received by the petitioner. 9.

Let copies of the orders passed on the petitioner's representation be communicated to the petitioner within 03 days. 10.

The application is disposed of in above terms. 11.

Other pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 12.

For the record, W.P.(Crl) No. 1026/2020 already stands disposed of vidé order dated 13.07.2020.
