% 23.10.2019 In view of the report filed by the SHO, Kotwali, the petitioner is directed to pay ₹10,000/- per month including arrears till the petition under section 125 Cr.P.C. is pending before the court. I hereby make it clear that the concessions granted by this court shall be subject to the outcome of the main petition. It is further make it clear that if the Trial Court maintains the interim order or increase the maintenance amount, then the petitioner shall be liable to pay the compensation as would be awarded by the Trial Court. The arrears shall be cleared within eight weeks from today. The petition is disposed of.
