Dalal, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he has, now, been informed by the investigating officer, who is present in Court that an application seeking monitoring of the investigation has already been filed by the petitioner before the learned Trial Court. He submits that such important aspect was never apprised to him and, therefore, he wishes to withdraw the present petition.
