The present application has been filed by the Petitioner- Ravi Shankar CGHS Ltd. under Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, inter alia, seeking directions as the Registrar of Cooperative Societies (hereinafter, 'RCS') has not taken any action in terms of order dated 09th April, 2025. 3.

Vide order dated 9th April 2025, this Court directed as under: "19. Accordingly, the RCS shall forward to the DDA the names of 140 approved members, as identified from the list of 148 members submitted today by Mr. Jain to Mr. Vashisht. members within six weeks."

Mr. Pradeep Jain, ld. Counsel for the Petitioner submits that since there was no time period fixed for the RCS to forward the names to the Delhi Development Authority (hereinafter, 'DDA'), the RCS is not taking action expeditiously.

Considering the time limits fixed for the other authorities, let the RCS forward their names to DDA by 30th May, 2025. 6.
