O R D E R
% 28.05.2019 Pursuant to order dated 27.05.2019, DCP, Dwarka District is present and seeks unconditional apology for not attending the Court on 27.05.2019 due to some communication gap. His unconditional apology is accepted. The aforesaid DCP has to ensure that the directions passed by this Court on various dates shall be complied with which have already been conveyed to him.
Counsel for the petitioner has informed this Court that Mr. Abhishek Solanki, son of the Managing Director is working as Computer Operator, Ms. Poonam Solanki as LDC and Mr. Mukesh Chauhan though is a teacher, but working as Co-ordinator in the school. She submits that there is no such post in the school.
Accordingly, I hereby direct that Mr. Abhishek Solanki shall not interfere in the working of the school and will work as Computer Operator and further make it clear that the above mentioned person shall not collect any fee from any student.
The above direction is applicable to Ms. Poonam Solani who is the wife of Mr. Ramesh Solanki.
I further direct it that Mr. Mukesh Chauhan shall not work as Coordinator, he shall continue to do his job as a teacher in the school. In view of the above, the CONT. CAS(C) is disposed of and the respondents are discharged.
