The present petition has been filed seeking extension of interim bail granted to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 12.03.2024 passed in BAIL APPLN. 689/2024.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the known case of left kidney donor and is suffering from Hyperkalemia because of which he has been prescribed low potassium diet. 3.

The factum of the petitioner being left kidney donor as well as being a patient of renal problem is not in dispute.

In view of the above, the interim bail granted to the petitioner is extended till 20.07.2024 subject to the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 12.03.2024 passed in BAIL APPLN. 689/2024. 5.

The petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent upon expiry of period of interim bail.
