The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant would be satisfied if the surgery is conducted expeditiously.

He submits that the surgery which is to be conducted is a major surgery and, therefore, the applicant's wife may be permitted to visit the applicant during the visiting hours of the hospital.

The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State fairly submits that he has no objection if the wife of the applicant is permitted to visit the applicant during the visiting hours of the hospital.

He further submits that the applicant would be taken for surgery expeditiously.
