This application has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, 'Cr.P.C.') praying for being released on bail in FIR No. 221/2015 registered at Police Station: Karol Bagh, Central Delhi originally for offence under Sections 302/394/397/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short, 'IPC') and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant shall be satisfied if a direction is issued to the learned Trial Court to expedite the conclusion of the trial.

It is seen that the trial has been pending adjudication since the year 2015. The applicant has already undergone incarceration of more than six years.

Presently, 31 out of 49 witnesses are stated to have been examined by the learned Trial Court.

conclude the same within a period of six months of the first listing of the case before it post this order, subject to the applicant and the other co-accused co-operating in the same. 6.

In case for any reason not attributable to the applicant, the trial is delayed and is not concluded in the above period, the applicant shall be at liberty to make an application seeking bail from the learned Trial Court. Any such application filed, shall be considered by the learned Trial Court in accordance with law. 7.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Trial Court for information and ensuring compliance.
