An application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 132/2024 under Sections 420/468/471 IPC & Section 12 of the Passport Act, 1967 registered at P.S. IGI Airport. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 09.04.2024. 3.
Learned APP for the State submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required. 4.
Considering the totality of facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of IO/SHO, PS Concerned and subject to following conditions:

(i) Petitioner is directed to join the investigation, as and when directed;

Application is accordingly disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
