Learned APP for the State, on instructions, states that petitioner's/applicant's MRI brain has already been conducted and MRI Shoulder is now scheduled for 27.05.2024.

Considering that applicant's grievance of being accorded a long date for the aforesaid examination has already been addressed, the petition is disposed of with the direction that the reports of the MRI be shared with the applicant and in case required, the applicant be also evaluated in the jail dispensary or referral hospital.

The petition is disposed of in above terms.
