The present application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. seeks regular bail in case FIR no. 524/2021 under Sections 363/376 of the IPC read with Section 4 of the POCSO Act, registered at P.S. Baba Haridas Nagar. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application before the learned Trial Court on account of the fact that investigation in the present FIR stands complete and chargesheet has been filed. 3.
