% 15.07.2020 [Court hearing convened via video-conferencing on account of COVID-19] 1.

Pursuant to the order dated 07.07.2020, respondent no. 3/Mr. Shri Ram i.e. the father of petitioner no. 1 has joined the proceedings. He is accompanied by Sub-Inspector Amar Singh, Police Station R.K. Puram. 1.1 Mr. Shri Ram says that he is a government employee and is presently working in the Ministry of Defence as a Messenger. He says that his office is located in Delhi Cantt.

1.2 Mr. Shri Ram undertakes not to cause any injury or harm to the petitioners. 1.3 Mr. Shri Ram further states that he will not interfere in the marital life of the petitioners.

Mr. Pandey, who appears for the petitioners says that, for the moment, he is satisfied with the statement made by Mr. Shri Ram and, therefore, the captioned writ petition may be closed.
