Mr. Aranya Moulick, learned counsel for Respondent 2 - School fairly states that, instead of embarking on the present litigative exercise, his client is willing to grant admission to the petitioner as an Disadvantaged Group (DG) student against the seat which stands reserved for him consequent by order dated 10 July 2023 passed by this Court in the present proceedings.

In view thereof, this Court is not required to enter into the issues in dispute.

The petitioner shall forthwith be admitted as a DG student to the seat which stands reserved by this Court in the Respondent 2 - School by order dated 10 July 2023.

Needless to say, the petitioner would be administered education by Respondent 2 school as a DG student in accordance with the mandate of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act (RTE Act) and the rules and regulations connected therewith. 5.

This writ petition stands allowed in the aforesaid terms.
