The learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present application and submits that she would be satisfied if the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. 2.
Considering the fact that the applicant was arrested way back on 18.02.2018 and the trial is pending for past more than six years, the learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial within a period of next six to eight months.

The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file afresh if the trial does not conclude within six to eight months.
4.
A copy of the order be also communicated to the learned Trial Court.
