% 19.09.2024 At the outset, the learned APP for the State has informed that only the Investigating Officer is to be examined by the learned Trial Court, and the matter is now fixed for 30.09.2024.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if a direction is given to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial. In view of the facts and circumstances, the present bail application, along with all pending applications, is disposed of with liberty to raise all contentions before the learned Trial Court. The learned Trial Court is also requested to expedite the trial and conclude the proceedings positively within three months.

In view of above, the present bail application along with all pending applications stand disposed of.
