The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent no. 1 to take action against the unauthorized construction at property no. WZ-1255 A, Nangal Raya, New Delhi-110046.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 1/ Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), submits that the authorized construction in the property, has already been booked vide order dated 07th March, 2025. She submits that the requisite action shall be taken against the unauthorized construction, after grant of hearing to the respondent no. 4, i.e., the owner/occupant of the property in question.

Considering the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of, with the direction to the respondent/MCD to deal with the matter, expeditiously. In case of unauthorized construction existing in the property, requisite action for demolition/sealing of the property, shall be taken by the MCD, in accordance with the law.

In case, the petitioner is aggrieved by any non-action on behalf of the respondent/MCD, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the Special Task Force, ("STF"), as constituted by the Supreme Court. 9.

Likewise, the rights and contentions of respondent no. 4, i.e., owner/occupier to challenge any action of the MCD is kept open, who has the right to challenge the same, in accordance with law. 10.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition along with pending applications, stands disposed of.
