This application is, accordingly, disposed of. W.P.(C) 4113/2019 & W.P.(C) 4120/2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to join as Junior Resident (BDS) to complete remaining period of six months in service. Respondent no.3 invited application on 26.05.2018 for the post of Junior Resident (Non-PG) (BDS) for the various. The petitioner along with others applied for the post and was called for counselling / test on 25.06.2018. On the basis of the result of counselling, the petitioner was selected and was appointed as Junior Resident for a period of six months on 01.07.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the period of six months was expiring, the respondents proposed to fill the vacancies again from 01.01.2019. Some other junior resident including the petitioner filed O.A.No. 100/4679//2018 before the Hon'ble Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi. The said OA was dismissed vide order dated 22.01.2019. Some of the candidates filed the Civil Writ Petition before this court vide W.P. (C) 1286/2019 and W.P.(C) 2361/2019 by challenging the order of Tribunal and were disposed of vide order dated 08.03.2019 whereby the respondents were directed to issue fresh orders in favour of the petitioners therein for the remaining period of six months. As the prayer of the present petition is same as was in the case of W.P.(C) 1286/2019, therefore, I hereby dispose of the present petition

directing the respondents to issue fresh orders in favour of the petitioner for the remaining period of six months. The petitioner shall be entitled to salary and all consequential benefits from the date he reports for duties. It is made clear that order shall be issued by the respondent within one week.

The petition is disposed of, accordingly.
