Petitioner had filed the subject petition seeking initiation of proceedings against the respondents for failing to comply with order dated 21.01.2020 in W.P(C) 775/2020. By order dated 21.01.2020 respondents were directed to dispose of the representations of the petitioners.

Compliance affidavit has been filed by the respondents contending that the representations of the petitioners have been disposed of by order dated 22.07.2020.

order is erroneous and petitioners reserve their right to impugn the said order in accordance with law. He without prejudice to his right seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
