The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning a communication dated 10.04.2019, whereby the petitioner's request for carrying out a procession on 19.04.2019 was denied. It is apparent that the relief as sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous, as the date for holding the procession has already expired.
