The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed impugning the order dated 04.01.2024 passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge - cum - Presiding Officer, Appellate Tribunal, Municipal Corporation of Delhi, Delhi in appeal no. 1070/AT MCD/2016 titled as ―Sh. Tula Ram vs. South Delhi Municipal Corporation‖ whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner herein was dismissed. The petitioner herein is the appellant before the learned Trial Court. 4.
