After making some submissions, Mr. Rishi Bansal, counsel for Petitioner, very fairly states that since the challenge in the present petition is only with respect to imposition of costs, he would rather apply to the Trial Court for seeking a waiver.

In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid. In case such an application for waiver is made by the Petitioner, the same shall be considered on its own merits by the Trial Court.
