Status Report on behalf of the respondent nos. 3 and 4- Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), has been filed, wherein, certain deficiencies have been pointed out by the MCD, in the documents submitted by the petitioner.

However, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the requisite documents have already been supplied. case, there are other documents which are in possession of the petitioner, the same, shall be submitted with the MCD.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear in the Office of Executive Engineer, Building Department, Central Zone, MCD, Jal Vihar, Lajpat Nagar, Delhi, on 6th May, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. The petitioner shall be given due hearing by the concerned official of the MCD. The documents which are in the custody of the petitioner, shall also be submitted to the MCD.

The MCD shall consider the documents submitted by the petitioner on their own merits and shall pass a reasoned and speaking order on the regularization application of the petitioner. 5.

In case, the petitioner is aggrieved by any order passed by the MCD, the petitioner shall seek his remedies, in accordance with law. 6.

No coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner, till the speaking order is passed by the concerned official. 7.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion as regards the regularization application of the petitioners. 8.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition, along with pending application, is disposed of.
