The petitioner have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "a) Issue a writ of mandamus, directing the Respondent no 1 and 3 to constitute/ establish a Board of Elected and Nominated members i.e. "The Board of Homoeopathic System of Medicine, Delhi" by publishing notification in the official gazette in accordance to the provision of Delhi Homoeopathic Act, 1956. [As Amended]."

Mr Mehra, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 and 2 states that the grievance of the petitioner is addressed, as the notification in regard to constitution of the Board of Homoeopathic System of Medicine,

Delhi, has already been issued.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The same is, accordingly, disposed of. 4.

The pending application is also disposed of.
