This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India and Sections 2(b), 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, seeks the following prayers: - "(a) initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondent and she be punished for the contempt committed by her and take such further appropriate action against her as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.

(b) direct the Respondent to forthwith comply with the judgment dated 8th September, 2014 passed in W.P.(C) No.3824/2014 by this Hon'ble Court and delete/remove the name of the Petitioner as a "defaulter" i.e. a delinquent account, with delinquent outstanding of Rs.4,05,82,575/- from the website of the Credit Information Bureau of India Limited.

(c) award costs of the present petition to the Petitioner and against the Respondent.

(d) pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." Vide judgment dated 08.09.2014 in W.P(C) 3824/2014, the following directions were passed: - "17. In view of the above, the respondent bank is directed to forthwith take steps to remove the name of the petitioner as a defaulter by communicating the same to CIBIL. CIBIL is further directed to remove the name of the petitioner and its directors from the 'List of Defaulter' insofar as those names have been placed as a result of any communication sent by the respondent bank." 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent (bank) submits that the aforesaid directions have been complied with and further, submits that error on the part of the respondent (bank) has been rectified. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition. 6.

The present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 7.
