% 23.07.2020 This hearing has been held by video conferencing. This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 27.06.2020 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, East District, Karkardooma Courts, in GP No.15/2019, whereby the request of the petitioner to take up the hearing of the application filed under the Guardianship Act through video conferencing was rejected by the learned Judge on the ground that the hearing through video conferencing is possible only if both the parties are willing and able to attend such hearing, however, as the respondent had not appeared, such hearing was not possible.

Today, the respondent has appeared in person and submits that she has no objection if the hearing is conducted through video conferencing. Her only request is that a specific date and time be given for such hearing. She confirms that her mobile number is 8447521835 and her e-mail address is poonamsinghrawat1980@gmail.com.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of directing that the application filed by the petitioner be listed before the learned Judge, Family Court on 4th August, 2020.

As the parties are present in person, no further notice of such hearing is required to be sent to the parties. The link for video conferencing, if the hearings are still being conducted through video conferencing, shall be sent to the respondent on the mobile number and the e-mail address that have been recorded hereinabove.
