She states that the defendants have not been provided with the complete paper-book and for this reason defendants have been unable to file its written statement.

She states that this fact was also stated before the learned Joint Registrar (J).

In view of the facts noted hereinabove, it appears that the plaintiffs are not diligent and are not interested in prosecuting the suit. 6.

The suit is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution. 7.

Pending applications stands disposed of.
