The matter was specifically fixed today at 04:00 pm for final arguments as on last date, adjournment was taken on behalf of petitioner. But till this time (04:29 pm) none has appeared for petitioner despite repeated pass-overs. Learned counsel for respondent who has been present in Court room since prior to 04:00 pm at request of the Court tried to call up the counsel for petitioner, but he did not take the call. It is further informed by learned counsel for respondent that at 02:30 pm he telephonically spoke with the learned counsel for petitioner to remind him about the hearing at 04:00 pm.
