By way of the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners seek protection from Respondent Nos.2 to 5, that are, family members of Petitioner No.1. The petitioners are stated to have been married on 02.04.2025, against the wishes of the parents. 2.

Undisputedly, the petitioners are majors and as per their own case are now staying in Delhi. The Respondent Nos.2 to 5 are stated to be residents of Gujarat. It is not clear as to in what manner the petitioners are having threat to their life and liberty. 3.

The petitioners are at liberty to not stay in touch with the family members and not provide their residential address to them. However, no omnibus order as sought in the present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India can be passed. 4.

The petitioners are also at liberty to contact the concerned Beat Officer in case they apprehend any threat to their life and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
