The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the Petitioner for recovery and production of the husband of the Petitioner, who according to the Petitioner is 85 years of age and is a practising Advocate in the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 2.

untraceable. There is nothing on record to indicate that the husband of the Petitioner is in illegal detention and custody of any person. Even the complaint does not show any kind of indication in that regard. 4.

The present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Police to continue search of the husband of the Petitioner and take all such steps as required in accordance with law.
