% 02.08.2018 Another status report has been filed on the record by the State and we have perused the same. It appears that police has taken sufficient steps to trace the missing wife and two minor daughters of the petitioner, who went missing in the year 2015. Unfortunately, the petitioner's wife and daughters have not been located till now.

In view of the aforesaid, we are not inclined to keep this petition pending before us any further. Accordingly, we dispose of the petition. In case the petitioner provides any clue or information, the same should be actioned in all seriousness and the petitioner should be kept informed about the progress made in the investigation.
