The petitioner vide the instant petition seeks for directions against the respondent- Directorate General of Foreign Trade (hereinafter 'DGFT') to deal with the petitioner's complaints/ representations. The petitioner submits that he has shown concern regarding regulatory violations by certain DGFT approved Pre-Shipment Inspection Agencies (hereinafter 'PSIAs'). 2.
