CRL.L.P. 186/2024 Criminal appeal under Section 378 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') along with application under Section 378(4) Cr.P.C. has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner against the judgment dated 11.12.2023 passed by learned MM-03, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi whereby the respondent has been acquitted under Section 138 NI Act. Heard. Considering the facts and circumstances, leave to appeal is granted and application is accordingly allowed. Registry is accordingly directed to re-number Criminal Leave Petition as Criminal Appeal.
