This is a petition filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No. 585/2023 dated 14.06.2023 under Sections 279/338 IPC registered at PS: Narela. 2.

At the outset, learned APP for the State points out a number of discrepancies in the petition and the Memorandum of Understanding including the address of the complainant.

At this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petition with complete and better particulars.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, in accordance with law.
