The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondent no.2 (SDM, Karawal Nagar) to demarcate the land falling in Khasra No. 167, 168, 169, 418 and 455 situated in the Lal Dora abadi area of village Sabha Pur, Chauhan Patti, Delhi.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that applications for demarcation of the said lands were repeatedly filed with the concerned authority, however, no action has been taken. 5.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents disputes the

above and states that the demarcation exercise in respect of Khasra No. 168 and 169 has already commenced and steps are being taken to commence the demarcation of other Khasra numbers as well. He submits that the demarcation exercise would be completed within a period of four months from today. The respondents are bound down to the aforesaid statement.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
