This petition has been filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India read with Section 407 and 482 Cr.P.C. read with Chapter 26 Vol. III of High Court Rules and Orders seeking a direction to transfer the case bearing CR. Case No. 40006/2016, titled as 'State v. BS Arora & Anr.' in FIR No. 586/2003 dated 18.12.2003 under Section 323/384/341/506/34 IPC registered at P.S.: Tilak Marg.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, at the outset, apprises the Court that the trial stands concluded and both the accused Nos.1 and 2 have been convicted. The matter is now listed before the learned Trial Court on 14.02.2024 for arguments on the quantum of sentence. 3.
In view of the aforesaid development, this petition is rendered infructuous and no further orders are required to be passed. 4.
