learned counsel for the petitioners state that nothing further survives in the present petitions.

The present petitions are accordingly disposed of alongwith the pending applications. However, the issue raised by the petitioners relating to the announcement of the OBE by the University of Delhi without consultation with the Academic Council and Executive Council of the University, is left open for adjudication in an appropriate case.
