Learned counsel for the parties state that under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre the parties have amicably resolved the disputes.

The said terms of the settlement have been reduced and recorded into writing vide the Settlement Agreement dated 23.05.2026. The terms of the settlement are recorded in paras 1 to 15 of the Settlement Agreement. 3.
In terms of para 6, the defendant is to pay a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (One Lakh Only) for legal expenses incurred by the plaintiff which is to be transferred within four weeks from date of the Settlement Agreement. 4.
Learned counsel for the defendant states that the said amount shall be paid within four weeks from date.

The remaining terms of the Settlement Agreement are stated to have been complied with and completed.

The Settlement Agreement dated 23.05.2026 alongwith all its annexures appended thereto is taken on record.

Parties are bound by the terms of Settlement. 8.
Let a decree sheet be drawn up in terms of paras 1 to 15 of the Settlement Agreement dated 23.05.2026.

Court Fees shall be refunded to the plaintiff in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 read with the Court Fees (Delhi Amendment) Act, 2026, upon completion of all the formalities, as per Rules. 10.
The Suit is decreed and disposed of alongwith all the pending applications, if any.
