The present application under Section 482 of the CrPC (Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023) seeks following prayers:- "It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that the Applicant may kindly be permitted to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file a fresh application seeking regular bail before the Ld. Trial Court. Or;

Pass such and further orders as may be required in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the captioned application with liberty to file afresh before the learned Trial Court.
