% 29.01.2018 In view of the judgments of this Court in Rupali Lamba & Anr. Vs. Sukhwant Singh Lamba, 2017 SCC OnLine Del.10069 and Mrs. Jasmeet Kaur Vs. Mr. Navtej Singh, 2017 SCC OnLine Del.12511, the present suit is transferred to the Family Court.

For the aforesaid purpose, plaintiff is directed to appear before the Principal Judge (HQs), Family Courts, Dwarka, on 31st January, 2018, who in turn, is directed to transfer the case to the appropriate Family Court forthwith.
