O R D E R

The present application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.530/2018 registered under Sections 323/341/506/308/34 IPC at Police Station Vasant Kunj, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties. He has referred to the order dated 25.06.2020 passed by the Special Judge, PHC as well as the order dated 23.01.2020 passed by this Court in the bail application No. 2551/2019 of the co-accused Vikas Choudhary wherein the aforesaid co-accused was admitted to bail. 3.

The complainant has joined the proceedings through the V.C. link and has been identified by the I.O., ASI Satyawan. The complainant confirms the factum of settlement arrived at between the parties. BAIL APPLN.1592/2020

In the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned I.O./Arresting Officer and subject to the following conditions :- (i) The petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promises to the complainant or any witness during the trial or tamper with the evidence. (ii) The petitioner shall remain available at his Mob. No. 9990370005 which he undertakes to keep operational at all times and in the event of change of his residential address, shall promptly inform the same to the I.O./SHO as well as the concerned Court.

(iii) The petitioner shall remain regularly present before the Trial Court as and when charge sheet is filed. 5.
