The Petitioner claims to be the lawful owner of various parcels of land situated in Village Kadipur, Alipur, Delhi, and alleges that the said properties are under encroachment and unauthorised construction;

accordingly, the present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondent authorities to carry out measurement and demarcation of the said land.

After making some submissions, counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to appropriate legal remedies, in accordance with law.
