% 14.07.2020 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks the quashing of the FIR No.230/2019, PS Palam Village under Section 354A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 10 of the POCSO Act, 2012. The status report has been submitted by the State. After some submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition, which is thus dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed.
