This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of proclamation order dated 31.01.2024 passed by the learned MM-06, West Delhi in case FIR No.720/2023 dated 26.10.2023 registered under Sections 323/342/506/34 IPC at PS: Mundka. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that this petition is rendered infructuous as the proclamation order now stands cancelled by the Trial Court vide two separate orders dated 09.05.2024 in respect of Dharmo Devi and 16.05.2024 in respect of Manish Lakra. Copies of the said orders are handed over in Court and are taken on record. 3.

Petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. Pending application also stands disposed of.
