The present applications under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "In view of the above mentioned facts and circumstances, it is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon‟ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow the present application and direct the Ld. Trial Court to record the cross examination through Video Conferencing on the date already fixed for the said purpose. This Hon‟ble Court may further be graciously be pleased to waive off the cost that has been imposed vide order dated 16.04.2024 i.e. the air fare from Bangalore to Delhi and Delhi to Bangalore cost involving the stay and other misc. expenses involved in traveling, in the interest of justice. Any other or further relief which this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be passed in favour of the petitioners in the interest of justice." 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present applications.
