Mr. Manish Kumar Srivastava, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, has handed over the following documents to the counsel for the petitioner in Court:

Aadhar Card of the petitioner.

Undertaking dated 10th June, 2016, of the petitioner. iii.

Affidavit/NOC dated 30th May, 2016 of Mr. Manish (cousin of the petitioner).

iv.

Sale Deed dated 25th June, 2014, between Mr. Aman Aggarwal and Mr. Manish.

Mr. Srivastava submits that these are the only documents that were submitted at the time of the grant of electricity connection. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the relief claimed by the petitioner stands satisfied.
