The Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the Look Out Circular issued against the Petitioner at the instance of the Union Bank of India.

Mr. Alok Kumar, learned Counsel for the Bank, very fairly submits that the issue regarding whether the Petitioner herein is a wilful defaulter or not has been relegated back to the Committee and in view of that fact the LoC can be quashed.

In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the Bank, the Loc issued against the Petitioner is hereby quashed and the Writ Petition is disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.
