This petition is filed seeking quashing of impugned order dated 13.03.2025 discontinuing the services of the petitioner with effect from 15.04.2025.

Learned senior counsel for the respondent no. 2 on instructions fairly submits that in a similar matter, W.P. (C) 13733/2025 "Anil Kumar vs. Union of India", the petition was disposed of with the direction that the issue of regularization shall be considered by the respondents within eight weeks and till the reasoned order is communicated, the services of the petitioner shall not be terminated.

services have already been terminated and an interim protection has been granted by this Court. The submission is that in case of adverse decision against the petitioners, protection be granted to enable to avail remedies in accordance with law.

In view of the above factual decision and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with the directions to respondent nos. 2 and 3 to take decision in accordance with law on the question of regularization of the petitioners within eight weeks from today by passing a speaking order.

The interim protection granted during the pendency of this petition shall continue after fifteen days of the communication of the decision to the petitioner to enable the petitioner to avail remedies, if need arises. 6.
